They dont offer motorcycle safetys

Pretty low on funds as i am a student. Is there someone out in Toronto (Scarborough) that can safety my bike at home. Or is there anybody that can just pass my bike as in I bring the paperwork in to their shop and pay$$. PM IF ANYONE RINGS A BELL IN YOUR HEAD.

I've opened up the kill switch thing on the handle bar and everything looked okay and seem to be working properly. When I bypassed the relay thing by the exhaust it started

Do you know where the locations for those are

The owner before me had the kickstand switch wired up because the kickstand had broken off plus I haven't had the new kickstand put on yet and it was working before

If that relay is the problem what parts would I need to buy. Should I buy new or used from eBay snowcity in scarborough has oem parts here the link hopefully it works...
