I tried FB marketplace and just a lot of abuse. I pulled the add after a couple days. Never again on FB.

Thanks for all the feedback. I'll consider it all over the next day or two. Just saying … there are a lot of metic cruisers in downtown Toronto. I would also say that spending is more tied to debt and interest rates (housing is in that mix), and we know that's on the rise.

#23 (Street Clair Avenue West near Crang Avenue (Toronto-St. Paul’s)) should be Saint Clair Avenue, not Street Clair. The ‘St.’ before the rest of the name can thought some people off.
