Everybody is going to have their own opinion on this one, mostly depending on how well/bad they did. I took Learning Curves for my M1 and M2 exit and they were fantastic.

I use a Eureka waterproof duffle bag from Le Baron, strapped to the passenger seat with bungee cords. It has never leaked, and I've taken it through some heavy rain. Not bad for under $25. And it is bright yellow for high viz.
