Does this mean when you buy a used motorcycle, you can just mark it for a dollar and only pay 13 cents for taxes at MTO?

I thought about this, but would they(MTO worker) let you do it?

Hi guys, I have a 2001 Kawasaki W650 in Black with red, approx 26,000km. Very well kept, lots of potential for a cafe racer. Style of a triumph with Japanese reliability. New tires - Bridgestone BT45 Sport installed less than 1000km on it. Oil change performed at 24,000km @ cycleworld...

I just gave up. It's not affecting braking performance so I deem this normal now.

I wonder if it's coming from the rotors. Some other forums have similar posts where they say it's from the drilled rotors. My bike only has a single rotor on the right side of the bike, which makes sense if I am misunderstanding as noise from the reservoir(which is also on the right side.)

Changed my brake fluids to motul rbf600, still buzzing. hmmmm
