I would say 2500 is even being generous!! He claims to have gone in the engine which scares me more than makes me think he's a pro, and all the "custom" work is off the DCC shelves. 5k is reserved for like beautiful cafes... that is a glorified rat racer.

Right but they do control parking permits which is what we're talking about... are you not allowed to put anything besides the renewal sticker on a plate or something?

In case you didn't get a chance to call I just did because I'm in the same boat. They said you are supposed to put it on the left handlebar, but can also put it next to the plate. Why they wouldn't develop a sticker program for the plate itself is beyond me, too logical for the city I guess...
