SIU can't prevent that kind of news release. Especially if he ends up in court for a bail hearing.....public record.

Too bad your young rider decided to run from the police. He'd probably be alive today if he hadn't.

It's the exact same between lawful gun owners and a jackass shootin up jane and finch with a stolen handgun.

SIU isn't so much worried about who was driving the motorcycle or what kind it is etc. They are investigating if there was any criminal offence committed by the police officer. The police are investigating the actual incident.

SIU will be a few months minimum before they release everything. In fact, they likely won't even close the case until they speak to the driver of the bike.

Maybe if you read the entire thread, you would understand why. But once again, I will explain.... It is a SIU investigation at the present time and the police are not allowed to issue media releases while SIU is involved.

Any women who gets a ticket, talks to a cop on duty, goes out with a cop off duty, is a bitter ex, in a custody battle, pee'd off for any reason, can cause a SIU investigation to occur. Heck you can even run a motorbike into a parked police car with no one in it and cause a SIU investigation...
