Thats kinda what I expected. The beauty of the blitz on the Yaris is you can actually turn it off or set the level of power it adds, so when just commuting it can be in econo mode (no power boost) and when messing aboot it can be set to high. Which btw is around 30-40% power boost, still less...

I have a couple of Arai Vectors and a Nolan N43. The vector to me is real quiet, but the N43 with the shield removed and chinbar in place (helmet meets full face safety specs in EU) is much quieter. Never tried it without the chinbar. I actually rode briefly in the black hills without a helmet...

Yes it does break down. I had an old shoei, probably 10 yrs+ and black dust came out of it when I dug it out. Actually not sure if that was the foam or the liner. Manufacturers state 5 years but in the end its your skull.

All the online quotes do is put you in the ballpark. At least thats as much as they can guarantee. I've had quotes from Kanetix turn out to be accurate, and then the next time on a different vehicle be way off.

Can't plate them... Believe yes you can import for track duty though..

I have the bike insured under TD and extremely pleased with their rates. SO my bike insurance is fine... I am considering adding a supercharger to my car, and I'd rather not mention it to my ins co. until I have done some research and know whether it would be a bad idea to do so insurance...

My trip permit from Oregon was still valid and MTO said it was legal to ride it that way. Hop on it and ride it.. if you are worried, borrow a plate and don't ride stupid... (if you choose to do so thats your problem) Legally you can't ride it if they won't give you a permit, probably...

They are cheap, replace... might be repackable if they aren't sealed.

I don't know if this would apply to your bike... My old GPz had a drive in the front wheel for the speedo, it got dry or bent or something and did the same thing. I just removed it.
