    TMP August 25th (Thursday)

It was unanimous Fawas, myself and the Brantford crew had one of the best days of the season Thursday, thanks for that extra sweep up in turn 4, that could have been bad. Everyone ran fast and no one went down, and as a bonus we ironed out an injector problem with one of the R6's that had been...

    Rotor blasting/sanding after trackdays/race?

I have the benefit of having a lathe so I have taken them off a couple times and spun them in the lathe and cleaned them up using a scotchbrite wheel in a die grinder. Specially when changing out the pads, it takes the glaze off without the risk of damaging the rotors. I just have to be careful...

    Emergency Maneuvers / Reactions

Try the "Surviving the Streets" course that's done at Toronto Motorsports Park. You get to practice these manoeuvres real time in the safe environment of a closed track, on your own bike. Great course for new riders or old ones.

    Where to stay in Calabogie

Just stayed at the Lakeview Chalet, 10 minutes from the track. Easily sleep 6 with everything included bbq, propane, fireplace with wood, washer and dryer. With 6 people it works out to like $35 per person per night and its very comfortable.

Great to hear Tim, he was pitted next to us and seemed like a great guy. GWB did a great job packing up his stuff and getting it all to him.

    Worst Track Experience Ever TMP

I've been riding GWB track days for 4 years now and have never had a bad experience. I was there Saturday and there were a lot of things out of their control. We had a bunch of car guys parked in the bike pits which made it tough to even get a spot to park. There were delays yes, but not related...

    TMP Cayuga. May 21, 22, 23.

In for Saturday, look for the old blue R6 with an even older guy riding it in Hotshoe, easy to pick out it smells really funny, kinda VP-ish.

24mm bolt or allen key needed - front tire change

24 mm is the same as 15/16" in a standard size, you'll have much better luck finding that bolt. If not buy the allen wrench or socket at P.A. like Reciprocity says.

    2000 r6 hesitation problem

Stock jetting on that bike seems to create a flat spot between 6 and 7000 rpm, maybe try a dyno jet or factory pro jet kit with needles. If you dont want to change jetting experiment with the clip psition on the needles. Is the bike stock otherwise, exhaust, airfilter and head?
