Unfortunately if I delay this conviction I'd still have to wait ~1.5 years for the first conviction to drop off, and I'd likely have to get insured through facility until the first one drops off :(
yeah this is pretty much an all or nothing deal as I've had prior tickets that lead to convictions.

I've read that a GOOD paralegal has better chances of getting your ticket tossed. They're better at cross-examining an officer and can cast doubt on their testimony. Its just a matter of finding the right one lol
