I have emailed all three of those emails and called both numbers. The main line has had a mailbox that is full for over a month now and no one has responded to my emails. It's like my only choice is to go there. What horrible customer service.

I bought this bike used and it didn't come with the manual. I've emailed the manufacturer but no response. Anyone know where I can find an owners manual for the Konker SM200? Google isn't helping. Thanks.
