Well today went riding, was going along minding my business when the bike stopped and the kickstarter got seized. I did drain the oil and there was metals shards in the oil aswell as coolant in the oil. I am sure its pretty bad so if anyone know what i should look at, let me knoe. Thanks

I am going to change my coolant on my crf250r and was wondering if i can put any coolant or is it better to put the honda mix they sell premade
