Shaved the **** out of the seat on the VFR800. I'm basically sitting on plastic. Dropped the back end without having to buy a lowering kit (turned the triangle bracket after LOTS of research), and lowered the front to match ratio. And yes, I slide my little left bun off to get a good touchdown...

When they're not running a course, the Durham College parking lot seems to be a popular place to go...never used it myself, prefer some place closer to home. Use a parking lot that you know the driving schools use. If they're using it and not getting kicked out, chances are it will ok for you too.
