Oh and for what its worth, i think $350 is too low for a decent lock, I think if you came up with something that really worked for condos, you could charge in the $700-$1000 range.

+1 kickstarter. Just wanted to add that most people in my condo building, self included also have a car and park bikes perpendicular to their cars at the front or back. In my view a great locking mechanism would somehow "attach" to the car since the condo will not allow you to permanently...

Well I have the exact same problem. 6'3" really long torso and broad shoulders but fairly thin build. Usually a Large tshirt fits me pretty good, but in motorcycle jacket sizes Larges wouldn't even zip up, XLs would zip up but extremely tight and uncomfortable and most XLs wouldnt have the arm...
