I would divert over to Sturgeon Falls at North Bay, and take 64 north, back to the 11, then follow the same route laid out in Google maps. 64 is brilliant.

7up, that 144 is lots of fun. As I was leaving Sudbury last summer, I actually rode side by side with a freight train for a good minute or two...the second half is not as fun as the first, and this is some remote territories, but again - there's lots of tracks into the bush! It's a bit sandy...

I also found that riding the 129 there, there were dozens of single tracks off into the woods, up the sides of these "mountains." Even followed one for a bit but got in over my head. But there are definitely nice places to stay too, if budget isn't your primary concern.
