Probably your privacy settings in Chrome. That site is a bit shady with scripts, wanting to do this or that. So I just download it from them, no stream for them to interrupt and inject.

Being that I ran a vBulletin forum for years, I'm pretty familiar with it's functions and abilities. That being said, it is capable of hosting a private forum within it's public forum.
