    I've bookmarked this thread as I drive to Montreal several times a year to visit family. I've wanted to ride there but have always dreaded the thought of doing 500+ kms on very, very boring highway roads. I'd be more open to the suggestion if speed limits / fear of tickets weren't a factor...
