Importing a Motor Vehicle To Canada (the be all end all)

It's supposed to be an easy process but it basically boils down to who is working that time. I assure you I had all the proper paperwork, double checked and tripled checked everything. Communication was NOT the problem. Problems I had were attitude related on U.S. side and complete ignorance on...

Get an American Honda dealership to write you a letter on their letterhead stating that all recalls (if any) were performed.

Importing a Motor Vehicle To Canada (the be all end all)

Well, I got to the Canadian side about 11:30am on Sunday morning. I was completely shocked at how they treated me on the US side, like I was a piece of garbage. Wish I had a hidden camera or recording device to replay to others.

Here is my situation, I have purchased a used 2007 Yamaha R1 from Iowa. Can I get away from the giving US custom side 72hr notice...

I like how the dealers are crying the blues about cross border shopping now. They sure didn't seem to mind selling all their bikes and sleds to the Americans when the dollar situation was much different for all those years. How do you think the US dealers felt then? What goes around, comes around.

I believe you don't have to pay state tax in Ohio as well.
