Both legit concerns for sure. From what I understand from the street F3 owners, chief concern is of poor fueling in the lower RPM range, which the later delivery bikes don't seem to have as poorly. There's now a PCV application for it though and I'm pretty sure every track bike gets a PC these...

Norton seems to have enough trouble meeting European orders, not sure they will be ready for the big-time stateside yet. Having said that, i know Ride has signed up as a dealer and begun to promote indian, and has some placeholders for norton up. I'm all for it, more bikes to buy is never bad...

Re: Importing a used bike from uncooperative seller: how to avoid the 3 days wait? Did you stop over on the US side to have the car checked out before leaving or did you just go straight up to the Canadian side. The canadian's will let you in no problem, even if you didn't stop by the US side...

TD (main, MM, Primmum) are not rider friendly if you're under 30 it seems. You can probably find a better deal elsewhere. I found TD to be shockingly uncompeditive, even for non-sportbikes, with a group discount.
