just went though Terra Nova / River Road this weekend (in my girlfriend's car, because we were going camping) and it's still pretty sandy in some corners. I'll be back there on the bike before long, because well..... damn that's a nice road!

I just did the testing with RTI Toronto and someone asked the same question. the instructor said that what matters is that the brake light stays on while stopped, so which break you use doesn't matter. You CAN put your right foot down, but make sure you plant it once and don't move it around...
