There's already enough people dying and getting hurt over here on bikes. Lane splitting is stupid. All it takes is one car to change lanes without looking. ya I understand when cars are at a dead stop and it seems safe to do, but too many people would ruin it for the rest of the people.

now I wonder if it was the gas or was it the battery? lol either way glad it's fixed. possible you got some bad gas. I know it's not because of 94 octane because I use to run it in my gixxers for the longest time before I knew about ethanol. Now I just run shell 91 octane.

a clean chain is a happy chain. I clean it every once in a while with kerosene and a brush/rag. take it for a short spin to warm up the clean chain before lube.

+1 You should be cleaning your chain too, not every time you lube but once in a while give the chain a good cleaning.
