My bimmer uses a copper washer and the engine is aluminum. Seems fine to me.

It becomes a P parking lot after 5pm, i believe. During the day its where the construction workers park/ trucks, bikes usually park on the grass parts.

I used to park there, got two tickets 2 years ago. I continued parking there, went to trial plead guilty = $20/ticket. Usually there one jackass parking maid that tickets everyone, even the security guard of the lot had an arguement with him. Most of the parking maid don't ticket you.
