Is this a reasonable price for a Yamaha R3?

I went to a dealer to get some quotes for the Yamaha R3, and I was wondering if the price is good for it. The bike is a 2015 Blue Yamaha R3 for 5545.87 including tax but not licensing. He also offered 15% off maintenance and in store products for 12 months.
