How are you going to show that the bike has gone through stress and safety testing? You could probably get insurance, it'll just be for a lot if and or when you find someone willing to insure you.

I agree with dcx135. I live in a coop and am on our board of directors for the very same reasons. I highly doubt they have properly implemented that restriction so I would challenge them on it. As dcx135 says, join the board.

Okay that makes good sense. I guess the only way to truly keep it going over the winter is to actually drive on the street for 15-20 minutes. The suggestion to change oil in fall sounds like a good plan. I'll do that next year. Thanks guys!
