Sadly, they are few and far between. And after trying Home Depot and Lowes, I completely forgot about them. Next time I'm near one, I will check them out, as it is always good to have a second source.

Thank you for this. I work in the neighborhood and never thought of going to that hardware store at Front and Sherbourne. They cut me a Katana key for $9 (incl tax) Just thought I'd reply to this as I found this forum and this thread via a Google search looking for where to get a key cut!
