Interesting, I'm quite the opposite, I ride faster in races and never ever do well in qualifying or practice runs. Proven once again by setting my best lap time all weekend on the first part of the race. Bikes can cause a lot of headaches which is why I opted to just leave mine generally...

Well when I did 1:15's or 1:16s - in my opinion - I still think its bumpy and it never flows, nor do I find it's grippy everywhere. Not every rider will feel the same about a track regardless of how quick they are around it.

There's one corner I find that lacks grip, but also due to the left side of tire colder than the right. I also find TMP bumpy relative to other tracks besides Shannonville. I'm not sure if I'm too slow though, everything is relative these days. Just out of curiosity what is your fastest time...
