Lean...My girlfriends 09 250 was a b**** to start, wouldn't idle and was plain unrideable straight from kahuna. It's a known issue with the 250's but they just keep sending them out the door the way they are. I had to take it in to them (110km each way...twice) and they increased the pilot jets...
