My buddy in TO wants to import a new Kawasaki dirt bike from the States. I live in Tampa. Apparently it's now hard to find a US dealership that is willing to sell to a Canadian and file the RIV paperwork. One dealer suggested the bike be registered in my name. Then I guess I would sign it over...
