I usually wave or nod. Doesn't bother me if I don't get one back...I do it anyway. If you ride past me and I didn't wave...means I was more attentive to the road than usual, and didn't see you...wave more vigorously next time. ;-)

Re: Highway 9 again... RIP Liz. I'm still hurting as I ride past that spot on 9 everyday. Mel and I rode behind her in the WROAR ride. She will be missed by so many... :-(
