While i don't frequent GTAM very often, I have been hearing about Daryl from other sources. Glad to read some of the updates that have been put on here.

I have a set of brand new, still in the box, never been turned front rotors for a 05-12 ZX-6R. These are the EBC Pro-lite XC (wavy) rotors, full floating, they have only been mounted once and thats it.

Well I've sold my 08 zx-10 and have my left over race bodywork from it. It was professionally painted, and is true Shark Skinz bodywork (no cheap china crap). Is in excellent shape, just a minor crack in the underside of the tail from someone running into the back of me on track (photo below)...
I've sold my zx10 and have its old race bodywork left to go to a new home. This is real sharkskin bodywork and was professionally painted. All stickers can be removed, bodywork has been drilled and will come with wellnuts for install.

Yes there's lots of space to came out. I'll be there all weekend, Fri. nite till Monday
If there are spots open for the Sunday then you should be able to sign up Saturday nite after the track day, if not then first thing Sunday morning when the gates open.
Intro to Track Course covers all your riding techniques which you listed for the classroom sessions, not track etiquette (that's what riders meetings are for at the track days)
