After a long hiatus I've come to check on this thread. Its been 4 yrs since any updates were made so I've updated most of the links and some content. If I missed anything or info is wrong let me know and I'll make the change (whenever i check this again)
Everyone gets nervous the first time. Go about in stages. If you live in an apartment, just start off in the parking lot or driveway if you live in the house. Try to go a few feet foward in first without stalling and before having to switch to second. Rinse repeat till you've got the clutch...
I agree with above poster. I wouldn't ride with anything but a full face helmet regardless if it doesn't look cool or what not. Safety and bug-less face comes first :) Though i did have an incident where a fly managed to sneak in and it was buzzing around my ear driving me nuts. I couldn't get...

Anyways, I believe the 250s and 500s are good starting bike. I dunno about the...
Congrats on M1. Good luck on the M2. As for my 250, i'm pretty happy with it. When I first got it I was lil nervous on it and glad I didnt go more powerful and pop wheelies by mistake. Its forgiving and builds your confidence. After a month of riding and becoming one with the bike I felt the...
