Nice to see some Viragos still going with high kms. I've got a '97 1100 bought new, and rolled the odometer at Mt Mariah, NFLD in 2011. Now + 25k. Kinda cool cause they were all mine :)

Driving's a skill. riding's a skill. Talking on the cell while driving is a skill, but not everyone is good at it. No one is good at texting. I've seen riders texting at stoplights, wtf.

I'll take it, there will be plenty of cooler riding days coming up :)

Sorry, I did'nt get any prices. Was a little rushed with the ferry to and from Gozo and hooking up with the "hop on, hop off bus". I was not going to rent a bike on the mainland. i doubt you'd need anything for a scooter, but likely a motorcycle licence for a bike. Really enjoying our time here...

Well, I've been here here a few days and was ready to rent a bike to check out Gozo, but after already seeing horrible driving, I couldn't do it. Yesterday there was a dignatary in Valletta with the motorcade, Maltese police motorcycle escorts and the whole bit and one of the motorcyle escorts...

Will do. I found a couple places that rent bikes, will suss it out when I'm there. Riding in Gozo may be better. Tools wouldn't be bad either
