Make sure you have some good HSS drill bits and WD40 to help drill the holes.
I ended up buying a general kit from Amazon, but I had to modify the kit by cutting up the rubber and the metal backing plates.
Agreed, you can totally make it at home - but I wasn’t sure where to source that kinda rubber. I think you can use old tires. Next time for sure.
Draining the tanks and carbs of gas and getting the bikes ready for storage.
Also, modifying the snowblower and putting an impeller kit.

I was trying to think of 80's 250cc bikes available in Canada that were faster... couldn't come up with any. The rg250 gamma was the only one I could think of and the tzr250 is faster and has a better chassis.
