Thanks for all the advice. It was the idle adjuster that was adjusted accidentally while we were working on the bike. I didn't even know I an idle adjuster. Thanks again everyone!

I had fun! I rode TERRIBLE lol actually terrible would be an understatement. But more importantly, I learned a lot. I'll know what to look for on my next time out. and Yes, fixed the cbr, i didn't know they have a idle adjust switch. that was set too low. so that was a relief

So I'm trying to get into track days and was wondering what gear everyone wears. More specifically, chest protectors. Do you wear one? Are the comfortable? I watched a lot of reviews saying a back protector is almost a must, but didn't mention much about the chest. I'm leaning towards buying one...
