almost all of that is incorrect.
first, "loser pays laws" don't matter much when everyone has a lawyer working on contingency.
second, even if you do win, there's no guarantee the other party can afford to pay your fees, you're still on the hook if they declare bankruptcy/are too poor...
both of these things are correct, why is everyone so entitled nowadays?
