Hi everyone. Picked up a 1981 Yamaha xj650. The bike is in need of a good mechaninc to get the carbs sorted out. The previous owner had the carbs cleaned at a shop, but they were not tuned properly. (his words) and I agree. Smells like it's running really rich, and has an occasional backfire...
