Unfortunately the "shop/industry standard" is 45mns-1hr of labour for an oil change. If it's finished before....... make the customer wait. The only thing I need a shop for is a tire swap and I'll usually bring my rims in for that.

Why? You have a perfectly fine 250 that's cheaper on gas and insurance on the street....... you'll be paying 2X as much in insurance and parts alone + the hastle of converting it to track/street whenever you make the switch. Long term, it's not a reasonable investment.

This isn't the 2007 CBR600 Track Bike that was recently sold, was it? (I ask because I was oogling over it). And the "lighter weight" is a give-away if it's race ready. If that is the case..... you'll receive even more answers than what you already see here. You should share as much...

LAME!!! I always pre-register.... saves some $$$ and guarantees a spot. No senseless driving, wasted vacation/sick days or gas money.

The bike was running magnificently..... then I changed the oil and now it overheats after idling for about 7-10 minutes. Water and Water Wetter is in there recently, I didnt do any changes and all the hoses are in order and not leaking. Any ideas? The temp just keeps climbing as it's running...

Went today for the first time..... not very impressed at all. The brake pads were overpriced and the counter didn't hear of the Galfer brand or know what steel/braided brake lines were. I ended up looking for part prices myself in the parts-canada catalogue after she kept mindlessly flipping...

K, i'll have to try that lube.... I did a thorough cleaning but there's 1 calipre on each side that isn't cooperating. It worked better for the first few pumps, and then locked up again. the amount of force that takes 1 rotation gets me 4-5 rotations on my R6. My concern is if it doesn't pass...

Hey.... I have a 99 CBR and am experiencing some front brake drag. The brake fluid reservoir was maxed to the top, so I took some out to keep it right in between the levels. But any other suggestions would be appreciate. I get maybe just over 1 rotation (if I give 'er) from the fronts. Pads...
