I have one better. I was out on my 899 TODAY. And yesterday, and.......... I missed out on some of early Jan and late Dec due to our crazy snow here in Vancouver but its awessssommmeee now.

Here in Vancouver there is widespread license plate parking via an App, and motorcycles get to use a discounted rate when doing so. There are also dedicated motorcycle spots that use the app, or a meter dedicated for those spots. Its a lesser issue in Vancouver because its much easier to find...

Waze isnt foolproof but it works fairly well for this in my experience. Its alerts also come thru my Sena, so this isnt needed.

Just have another guy contact him on the bike, pretend to be in a rush, ask him a few questions and see if there is still a lien on the bike. Itll probably disappear miraculously as he will assume that the rushed person wont get a UVIP.

I would get a supermoto. If you drop it, who cares, its meant for it. Youll learn how to ride better and faster on it. Plus, youll have a ton of fun! Cheap insurance!

OT, but I get a little bit better than that on my 899. Im averaging about mid 6L/100kms. According to the real time gauge, I should be able to get around 5L/100km on the highway if I ride it with that purpose. Im probably around 8L/100km around the city.
