I think maybe it's because in the UK the bikers are just as common as drivers, all year around. and the mature riders get huge discount after years.

I will definitely let the underwriter confirm the rate before I pass the money to the seller. I am below 35 and in GTA, I think it's because I get the combo/group discount from my current insurance company.
