So update went to "Shoe therapy" on Bay street and they told me $35.00 to change the entire zipper and it would be ready on Thursday. I'll post up some pics as soon as i get them back. Thanks for the responses.

Can anyone recommend a Shoe repair person who replaces complete zippers on leather boots? I have found Shoe Therapy @ Bay Street Anyone have other suggestions - i'm located down town Toronto thanks
