Thanks guys, I'll look into those. Though at $50/day I could buy one ;( Was hoping to find just a small/simple single track open trailer. I just know Uhaul will find a way to screw up and then I'll lose my **** and need bail money or something. You pay or you pay, right?
I'm driving to Cape Breton next week and need to bring my bike with me. Are there any options besides Uhaul for renting a bike trailer? Mr. Google isn't turning up anything useful...
I know, I should just ride it out but that's not an option. Also, buying a trailer isn't an option at this...
Yeah I'm planning a similar adventure and while I may superslab it back (TCH) due to time constraints, the plan is to go through the US all the way to NB and cross back into Canada at St Stephen. How many days were you planning on taking to get there and do you have a route planned yet?

lol, I love your reason for getting out of Dodge. I might be able to make this weekend work since my wife's ditching me for a conference - what kind of route/accommodations did you have in mind? I've been wanting to do a fly-by of Cherry Springs State Park to check it out for a photo shoot...
It's from Neophyte Tattoos in Montreal; she did a piece on my side last year and as you can see from that pic (no, that isn't me) she does amazing work. She can be reached at 514-966-4826 if you want to get hooked up with your very own suspension! :)

Was booting around Burlington today and for the most part the roads were great. The only issues I ran into were around Kilbride where Conservation Rd has a lot of sand but the usual tracks are fine, a bit rougher on 1st Line but not bad but 3 Sideroad was a disaster area - covered with...
I tend to stick to State/Provincial Parks when it comes to camping - they're usually pretty reliable and consistent in terms of what you can expect there. I picked up a Hennessy Hammock specifically for camping with the bike. Add to that an ultralight sleeping pad and highly compressible...
Yeah I'm from that part of the world so I'm well acquainted with the Cabot Trail - although I've never done it on the bike. I've got a few days of riding with friends before I head back and we'll either head down to CB or go around the southern end of the province. The roads will be stupid fun...
This morning I decided to call in sick-and-tired-of-everybody's-BS and to head east on the bike. I'm leaving on Friday and hoping to be in Halifax by late Monday. I'll be leaving there on or about the 9th/10th of August (route is TBD). This will be my route down (roughly). Always happy for...
When are you thinking of going? I'm heading that way myself in the next week or two. Trip down will definitely be through the US but I may be in a bit more of a rush on the way back and would likely superslab it part of the way.
