call southland insurance brokers in windsor , they deal with Jevco. I've got my M2 in 2010, rode for one year and sold my 250 ninja. didn't ride last year and just bought a 2012 ninja 650 that i will pick up in May. The insurance with them is $905/yr.....pretty good !

Yeah, find myself looking at gear a little too much ! Also, when driving I find myself mimicking riding the bike with shoulder/mirror checks, shifting etc .. LOL !!! Need. Good leather jacket though , anyone knw a good place to get one?

i found that i was sitting low, when i stood up flat footed the bike was below me. that's the best way i could describe it otherwise it was a stunning bike and would have bought it. I was actually going to put a deposit on it but wanted to compare the two first.

I'm going to buy a 696 as well but new. You can get a 2011 w/abs for about 9500. I'm not sure if anyone knows a cheaper place to buy it at this time?

i looked at the 796, i believe it's only 8hp more then the 696 and single swingarm. For me i don't see the value in going that way, it might be a good option for others but think i'll keep it to the 696. Going to Inglis cycle in early Jan as they have a sale coming up and can pick it up in...
