Just saw this coming home from work. Must have happened a few minutes before I arrived. Rider was down but moving. Car front seemed pretty damaged. It looked bad. I was very glad to see rider moving his legs, he seemed okey. I hope he is fine. I ride through that intersection everyday...

At least she left a note. My bike was down with nothing. Since she was nice to leave a note for you compromise. Find out total damage and split it. But obviously you are not going to do this..... I know it feels bad but you are lucky she left a note so that's my advice.
