If this is in Toronto or other major cities in Ontario you may be able to use the above.. I'd consider this line of defense as the sign is not likely legal to begin with based on its lack of French.

We managed to convince our company to take a total of 8 parking spaces and divide them in half for part of the year. That way 16 bikes don't end up taking full vehicle spots. To boot they're in a prime location (front doors):p
