I'm having an issue with the choke valve on my carburetor. The flaps keep moving when the bike is idling. When i give throttle the choke flaps close and cause the motor to stall. It's a dual carburetor. Is this suppose to happen?

I am missing the cable where does it connect on the motor/transmission?

I have a 1981 kawasaki Kz 440 that the rpm tach does not work. Is their suppose to be a cable connection? (Like the km tach)?
