Be careful here. My OE Suomy visor had an anti-fog coating in it that didn't play nice when it got wet. While I typically advise against wearing glasses with a helmet, sunglasses might work out for her. Is that an option here?

These guys might be in worse shape, the the Field Armor vests aren't CE approved where the BP is... .. but in the context of this thread, it looks to me like the vests stand a better change of staying on. I've never crash tested either, but I have crash tested the A* vest with a A* CE back...

- Sounds like all your bulbs are still good - Most relays make a "clicking" sound when they're working properly - I'd say start with the wiring from the intergrated LED tail... in particular around the resistors
