I'd use the time to try and figure out a rain setup. My sponsors have paid for the day and I wouldn't want to waste their money....

Pfft.. once you get black numbers you won't feel bad wasting your sponsors' money. Sometimes I don't even show up when they have rented the track just for me. I'm that important.
 
Maybe some of you are right- we should have booted them out-especially in ight of the offending rider's attitudes tot heir friends in response to this thread. I guess I may be too nice. People tell me that all the time.....ask anyone who knows me how super nice I am,LOL.

Today I received a call from another trackday organizer. Turns out this same couple tried to get one of themselves in and onto the track for free by not telling the organizers they intended to share a bike. |They were caught. He now assumes that their bike had antifreeze in it a week agao as well and he was also lied to. he also found a few other very serious issues with their bike that he pointed out and remedied for them so they could ride, only after they paid for the second rider.
Of course we know who they are- I will post the photo up this evening once I get home.
 
I wonder if the MNR (Ministry of Natural Resources) would like to know about the dumping of the coolant on land that is accessible to animals be it domesticated or wild, they most certainly would have no issue in taking their, bike, trailer, truck\car, gear, and leave them a very hefty fine....

Not only do these 2 endanger fellow riders, but animals as well,,,,,,no respect......

I don't track, but the story pisses me off none the less....

i was a part of the ruined track day at TMP this year due to coolant, and it really sucks and something that i won't want to happen again

I don't street ride, so track days is the only time I'm able to get on two wheels.

I'm calling these people out next time i see them at the track!

Go 85% and make every input smooth and deliberate. It is a bit of a mind **** though yeah...

2012 Round 1 lightweight final in a downpour...that was fun, but got on the box

Proper rain tires are just amazing, you will be surprised, but like Kellen said, smooth and 85%

Got here late. I'll do my best. I know who the guy/girl are. He is a ****** who thinks he is gods gift to riding. She was an active member on here a few years back until she damn near died crashing into the guardrail on mississauga road. The bike is a clapped out old piece of junk that doesn't look safe for road use.

Sounds like a lot of Internet trolls with nothing to do, just want to something to complain about something. So what if there was still a bit of coolant in my bike? I've dropped it before with full fairings. There's no way I'd get coolant in the track. Mind your own business. You can't tell me to follow all the rules, unless you follow every rule on a motorcycle yourself.

Even after "flushing" his bike last year it was still pissing out green coolant in the paddock when she came over to our pits on it.

Can't properly flush a bike track side unless you have a hose and a pretty big container to put all the coolant once the bike gets to temperature and the thermostat opens.
