Kymco super 9s liquid cooled

Looking for offers on a 1200 kms kymco two-stroke 50cc super 9s liquid cooled... the scooter rips has Technigas exhaust is jetted and carbed... Don't think it needs anything for a safety as it's such low kilometers tires are still good.. easily does 90kmh... no paperwork.... but someone that knows what they're doing can get this registered especially if you already have a 50cc scooter you're looking to replace
