Biker deserved all he got...he was lucky he just slid straight and didn't end up driven over or hit the guard rail.

I don't get it, if he was in such a rush and this "left lane bandit" was slowing him down, why not just wizz by at the next opening and disappear?!?

It's pretty much common sense, don't bring a knife to a gunfight and then try to teach the shooter a lesson. You will loose!
