So he needs it gone by August 1st and won't consider a $5000 offer. Which is it, does it need to be gone or does he need to hit his asking price?

He hasn't had time to do the safety but it needs nothing. Offering him $6000 minus whatever needs replaced for safety could be a good deal for both parties. I can't see that rear tire passing as a start (although the tires in half the pictures look fine, god knows which are the most recent).

is it tire shine or the mold release...or whatever is used now? Still has the tire stamp digits on it. Regular break in of tire and it should be fine if it's a new tire.

Did the seat once ....decades ago. Learned my lesson. Good thing it was a quick dry off ride. Just had to wash the seat over again. :)
 
All good deals are found in far away lands. Most GTA Kijiji ads are rediculously overpriced.
