Is that an LSL handlebar conversion? Any interference with the fairing/windshield/gas tank? Did you need new cables/lines? Do you find they offer enough rise over stock clip-ons to make the conversion worth the cost?

This is a Banditmania kit, made in England. The machining is at least as good as factory, probably better. The risers are adjustable fore and aft along a ribbed track, invisible when mounted. It comes with the Renthal Streetfighter bar, steel braid brake and clutch cables, extended throttle cables, anadized caps for clutch and brake, grips, bar end weights, and new levers, and a rear steel brake line just to match the front. All for about the same price as the LSL kit with just the bar and top triple.
I changed the bar for a slightly narrower and slightly higher street bar from Renthal. It has a better bend for me and perfect clearance between tank and fairing, no contact. I changed the levers for shorty Pazzo replicas, and left the stock brake cover cap on because the idiots left the polished aluminum surface which blinded me on a sunny day. You can order it with whatever bits you want, direct from Banditmania.
And the cost to your door will be about the same as the LSL kit even with all these extras.
I had the LSL kit on my TLS, loved it.
I made my own with drilled top clamp on my TLR.
But this is my favourite. The difference is massive. I've had Heli-bars and though they are slightly better than stock, these are the cats meow and I would not have a sportbike without them.
Very cool ride. SM's are great but for me it became only a track tool... and there's no tracks close enough to make it worth while for my SM'd WR450 so I think the SM gear is going to be sold. The SuperDuke fills the void though! Welcome to the Katoom world!

Really? thanks for the tip. So you can actually tell how my technique is through the whole corner from 1 frame out of the 10 the photog probably took. LOL ok.. In reality I just got the bike and I'm "new" to the whole SM riding style or whatever so yeah I most likely don't know what I'm doing. But really enjoy the pictures that are here, and also for what it is..just a nice ride through the GAP goofing off with some friends.

Yeah, the foot out front is used on dirt to weight the front end or catch a slow front end slide in dirt corners. Doing it on pavement has no practical benefit and can actually mess you up if your boot snags on the pavement causing your bike to get out of shape if it jerks your body. I prefer dragging the elbow or just lighting a match in corners, makes for impressive looking pictures.

Ever had your boot toe touch the ground while cornering and have it knock your boot and your whole leg back semi violently? It's not pleasant. A lot of boots don't slide on pavement too well and I wouldn't dream of doing it just to look the part of a dirt tracker.
